Even though we do have a rash of foreclosures, we Realtors are also noticing a rash of buyers, buying up the properties with multiple offers again. The term "Flipping" is coming back on a very small scale and in some venues, we're even noticing slight price increases. Does this mean we are at the bottom?? Well, I can't predict the future, but the end is in sight. The inventory is going down, the number of sales are going up, and our neighborhoods are looking more and more beautiful everyday!! We've lost the blue tarps, mowed the long yards, discarded the trash. Charlotte County is again the best waterfront community in Florida!!!
